How to block countries in adsense?

    Yesterday I got 62 invalid clicks from Pakistan. I want to know that how can i block countries. Means if some one open my site in Pakistan, my ads do not show.

    Is there is any plugin or Java script or html code?

    yes there are plugins and scripts available for it,depends on which cms are you using
