    I assume Your TCPIP software is "TCPIP services for OpenVMS",
    then to block an address for all protocols by using the commands
    TCPIP SET COMMUNICATION/REJECT=ipaddress
    for the running system.
    To block permanently
    TCPIP SET CONFIGURATION COMMunication/REJECT=ipaddress:eek:
