how to best promote my property site

hello, i newly created a UK Property Search Engine website - http://bathtab.co.uk/ and was wondering if anyone knew the best way of promoting it, preferably for free.

Property, rental related matters, real estate fundamentally requires a professional. Those demographics are a pain in the butt. Likely a tad easier if its geared towards .co.uk. Free options will require about a year of monkey work.
