How to best monetize proxies?

which is the best way to monetize a proxy? are there any tips that a beginer like me should know?

I place adsense on the landing page(be sure to install adlogger), and adversal pop-ups on the proxied pages.

 

have anybody tried CJ on the landing page (not on proxied pages)? Is this permitted?

 

try using adversal and use adsense on the site. but not on the proxied pages. thats against adsense's TOS.

 

Isn't using adversal on proxied pages a problem too?

from their terms:

-must not contain or link to adult content
-cannot place Adversal's publisher code on any page that simultaneously launches additional pop-up/under windows.

Since neither of these can be guaranteed since you don't know what sites your visitors will visit?

 

Good point, however since the code is placed in the frame above which doesnt contain any of those, then it doesnt matter. Sort of a loophole for proxies.
