    If you want instant results then go for PPC otherwise choose SEO which gives you good results after sometime not instantly.

    Diversify backlinks sources and anchor text for the backlinks. I use web2.0 properties, a few top article directories, blog comments, and guest blog posting mostly. Then use automated blog commenting and forum profiles as tier two links to the first pages.

    Yes you can also go for PPC but it need lots of money and also for short term. If you can go with SEO then it will be for long time period.
