How to become Ebay.com seller

    Hi,
    I'm not sure if here is the best place to post this, buuut, anybody can help me to become ebay seller (from slovakia) cant receive paypal, somehow legally, that I wont get banner or so :D

    can poland use paypal? run over the boarder ;) if thats where slovakia is lol. or just accept credit cards and not paypal...
