I Definitely need some photoshop skills in my work, and i have watch the videos for a basic understanding of photoshop. I know the tools, but it is very hard to use them very flexiblely. What practice should i have to improve my photoshop skills or stimulate my interest in it ?
you have to exprienced about the techiqnes in photoshop software and by seeking the skills from a professional
I learned alot from online tutorials, when you follow these you will learn the basics quite fast! I have to say i'm still no pro in photoshop but by following these tutorials I sure know the basics. You just have to spend a lot of time in photoshop to become a pro if you ask me. It's maybe also possible to search some information to take a course in Photoshop. To say this short: you will only get there by practising! xD
i know that practice makes perfect, thus i need a lot of practise. But the problem is that photoshop is more like a working tool to me, i don't have much interest in it, thus it always make me asleep when watch the videos.
Well than I totally understand it's quite hard to practice alot, but still i think it is the only way to become a professional
Its all depend on your interest, When I am newbie to Graphics Designing, I am fond of Photoshop, can you believe??? I even make animations on PS 7, "Refelection water" this time its really hard thing to do, but now I am tired of PS, just use when needed, maybe work hard makes you sucessful
i even heard about the mice painting on PS, that is very cool and powerful. Since i even don't know how draw in paper, let alone on computer.
Well firstly, you will need practice. Just use Photoshop and be creative. Watch tutorials etc... It's important to use also the things you find dificult, such as Masks and other stuff that is not used so many times. When you will know every detail, you need to swap Photoshop for real books. Go to library and study. If you don't know what .dpi means, you can't be professional. If you don't know what CMYK and RGB means, you can be professional. When you are done reading several 300+paged books, you must still question yourself if you know everything you must. Afterwards, learn InDesign, Illustrator and when you are done there, you have all the basic knowledge to be professional graphic designer. Cheers
you can achieve by doing more and more practise. thats the only way.you can easily find no. of tutorials in internet.
The more you practise, the more you will succeed. So just practise and learn more You cannot become a professional over a night.
you have t master the software, and continue to learn and ask your friends who are adept at manipulating images..
If watching videos are not working out for you,You must seek an institution that gives practical training on photoshop as there are lot of them, you will find it really helpful.
i am a professional graphic designer, i spend 4 to 6 hour per day in Photoshop, the end of each and every day i will get a new lesson.
Tutorials and books really help but the most important is to have the desire and the imagination and to experiment, not only to copy others work.
