i have never been a morning person :-/ as much as i do like to see the sun rise, i have a bit of a problem waking up in a good mood. lol!
I usually hate mornings. I don't want to interact with anyone or do anything but read. It helps if I eat right away but especially if I exercise - I have to make myself but if I do mornings go much better. I can actually get things done. -Janet
I am a morning person, but I'm also a night person. Wake up at 7 AM every day cause of classes, then go to sleep at around 12:00 AM
Yeah, thats the main benefit of waking up early - getting things done It takes time, but if you do it incrementally, just change by 30 mins earlier per week, it is possible... JK
LOls... I never manage to wake up early. Funny thing is that even if I set an alarm to wake me up at a precise time in te morning, I'll remember it going off and I'll remember walking to it and switching it off but after that, nothing can be recalled. I wake up only after 7. Thats why i finish whatever work I have before going to bed and enjoy sleeping in the morning
i wake up 5 am in the morning no matter how late i sleep , i go to gym ,take bath , breakfast and study and then in afternoon i compensate my remaining sleep
To be early riser, you should go to bed early in the night and don't compromise the refreshing sleep. Take at least 7 hours of sleep a day and be a sky lark
I really want to live like that. Over here its morning alredy and I haven't sleep also, I will sleep in the noon till 8 pm and then sit till morning. What a life I have.
I really miss the days when I used to wake up at 5:00 AM and go for a jog or light exercise. I'm a night person now because I have to work at night so it's quite impossible for me to wake up in the morning because I usually sleep after 11:00 AM
I wish i could do that, i can easily go to sleep at 6am but waking up at that time is entirely different thing
I am really the worst mornings person, but the that post makes it sound so easy, now that summer is on its way going to really try make a huge effort to get up when the alarm goes off.
