I looking to set up my own e-commerce website.

    Trying selling computer accessories.

But search long, i got no chance to get low cost product than Ebay seller.

So they are no point for me to beat the demand.
    Demand always go for cheap.

    Any idea?

You could try looking in the wholesale section of ebay or always try your chances at carboots or local places as you can pick up some bargains

If not try setting up a store in a less crowded niche market

May I ask where you have been looking for wholesalers? That may be your down fall.

Likewise, why are you looking at eBay if you plan to sell on your own website? Ignore eBay, look at similar websites to the one you own and try to match or where possible beat their prices. A lot of consumers do not like eBay, they thing buying from a well designed website is safer. So, aim for that market.

As Becky said, keep breaking down your market until you find a niche which is barely touched. You may have better success this way.

A good technique I know a few people use is, selling on eBay and using it to promote their website to the customer base they build on eBay. For example, include a flyer with every package you send out. Email them, saying thank you for their business and giving a link to your website.
