how to be sure that FEATURED listings are paid for?

    I have noticed that links have appeared in the featured listings area of my directory, how do you ensure that they've been paid for?
    If people click to pay for featured link, but don't click the paypal button, their site still comes up in the queue. What do you guys do about that?

    They still show as pending, in approve links. So I check my Paypal emails before I approve any :)

    Well, if you are running a paid-only directory, then there is no problem since you are probably only reviewing sites when you get the paypal notification.

    If you offer both free and paid listings, then simply check your Featured Links queue for anything pending, before going to the Approve Links queue (I'm assuming you use PHPLD).
