Hi, I have a question, how to be a domain registrar ? I am reading http://www.icann.org/en/registrars/ra-agreement-17may01.htm#2 Its damn long long agreement. Can anybody tell me some conditions in details ? I am not asking about domain reselling domains. Just want to know, How Domain registrars arises ... Thank You.
