    Thanks for adding that about banned sites.

    My comment about transferring sites was not meant to relate to banned sites. If they were banned, I would assume they should not be reactivated unless modified and cleared with google. I was speaking of sites unable to use adsense due to an account ban unrelated to those sites.

    I don't see why everybody is on brandnewx's case?? He's brings up some very valid points that Google has yet to address properly. I'm surprised some of the long standing members in here are in such opposition to what he was saying...
