How to bait links for a health related site?

    can any body tell me how to bait link for an acne site i am working on it and was thinking how to bait link suggestions needed..

    well building a tool can be good or having a "report" or analysis based on votes/surveys. Building a widget can also help (mortgage-calculator.org is a good example of it)
