    I'd use phpMyAdmin to execute the backup and restore routine. It should be included in your hosting plan.

    Are you planning on moving from your current host ?

    There should be an export function in phpMyAdmin to backup your database and re-create on your new hosting provider. It's good to practice a few times before making the commitment to change.
