How to avoid this?

    So I am selling eBook.

    I got an autobuy link so when people paid they can isntantly download the eBook.

    My problem is when after like 1-30 mins or sometimes 1-6 hours they paid they do a chargeback. Becouse they have received the eBook and think they can get it for free..

    About 50% of the times I win the chargeback but still I am loosing alot of money.
    How can I avoid this?

    umm simple do manual sending of the books after waiting for sometime

    Receive payments as Services. Don't receive payments as for Goods. It may help.
