How to avoid removed rank by Google

At the beginning of SEO my task, I try a lot of experiments on seo.
Many times that my website rankings were removed from google rank.
So then I remove my spam keywords, noframe tag, css display:none.
Although it's work great for a while but after google know my pages were remove and banned for a couple of weeks or more.

Right now, I work on right SEO (no cheat).
It's work quite well on the right ways of SEO, plus gud content.

Does anyone know about the additional seo cheats that we should avoid on google? I'd like to share some ideas about this case. Tnx.

yes less seo is more better these days.. lol. i had the same thing happen, google is anti seo and now the times has changed, instead of having 10 keywords on home page its better to have 3 of those keywords spread accross many pages, thats the impression i get, also no more than one h1 tag lol my big mistake i droped 1000 positions koz of that. the more unique pages the better its really that simple, and make sure the page passes the w3c test. validate your pages. good luck

Google will ban sites if they sell dofollow links, and sites use techniques like cloaking, doorway pages, link exchange farms, etc.

How strict are they? For example if I have one word on the page, hidden for whatever reason, maybe CSS coloured to match background, and then appear once it has been triggered, is this cheating?

Create unique contents. Social bookmark the homepage and innerpages of the website to well known social media sites like Digg. Don't over social bookmark. You should get backlinks to your website. Don't obtain too many links a day.

This can be a frustrating problem.
I've had pages dancing like crazy for the last week, all of which debuted on the first page of Google for the selected keywords. Nuts.
