How to AVOID ranking for a keyword?

    Hi everyone,

    Bit of an odd one this. I'm in the process of setting up my own business part-time and have been doing some research on SEO as I am building my own website. My business name contains my own name but I don't want to rank for my name in case my current employers find it. What can I do to avoid ranking for the keyword?

    Put your name in an image every time it's mentioned on the page. Google can't read images.
