My site is recently often having a public service ads (PSA) for the adsense content. This is giving me a headache because PSA is still count as page impression, thus lowering my CPC.

Anybody can help me how to avoid PSA? I constantly update my blogs and always fill it with enough keywords. Sometime I saw a blog only contain pics and galleries with few articles, but they didn't get a PSA....

Nope. Some people have dozens or even hundreds of sites with Adsense. The only trouble would come if you have so many blogs that there isn't enough content for ads to be served.
