I am getting many porn related spam comments in my spam box as i am using akismet plugin. but is there any way that i can strict users who use porn words in their comment

Dude, if you are constantly getting comments related to porn, just mark the comments as spam and eventually you'll see that most of them comments just get caught and end up in the spam folder. This way you'll also be helping everyone else using Akismet (which for the record, is thousands, millions of people). Also here's another trick. Still, Akismet just keep them as a Bundle! It doesnt reject spams! I hate Seeing 1xxx Spams When i login to Dashboard! And Akismet Keep them for some 7 days before deleting! We should better avoid spams using Some methods like Referer Method Than Simply Bundling it using Akismet! ~ExP~
Yeah OK, great, your solution is good for bots (I just implemented it into my blog) but consider the following scenario: Someone loves his blogs and enjoys talking about porn on his blogposts, he does it manually. That's when my solution becomes useful! LOL sorry, I couldn't resist Rock on dudes.

One of the main reasons for spam comments is that most people do not have a captcha switched on, for comments i use math comment protection along with WP-Hashcash and sometimes defensio antispam, all combined they seem to work well
