Every system is flawed, and there will always be fraud (banks have to deal with same problems)

As far as your statement, "My final opinion about paypal is that it WILL SEIZE large amounts of money FOR NO REASON WHAT SO EVER," I would like to hear the basis for your reasoning.

Like stated above make sure to use paypal legally.

What I usually do when I sell a website and they pay via paypal. I usually let it sit in paypal for a few days while me and buyer finish the transfer. Then after he clearly say's he is satisfied I save all my chat logs. I then transfer the funds to my savings account and then transfer it to another bank. The reason I do this is just to be safe. I don't know if the guy will file a complaint after 3 days just to be an a**. (sorry kind of just got off topic here)

I think that if you use paypal you will have to do a wire transfer to your bank back home correct? Wouldn't that take a large amount of your funds from your initial payment? Since paypal and a wire transfer will deduct from your payment. But if think or know that most of your customers are from the USA then it should be worth it.
