    It may be happen that Google will not understand you are the webmaster of both website...and you will be hit by Google Duplicate content penalty....I would like to suggest that you have to put unique and informative content which will be readable by users in your new website.

    Content is king, just like cash is king. No matter what changes Google implements (in terms of search algorithm), from experience, if you have good content, you will always rank well
