    - The ‘Training’, ‘Services’ and ‘Contact Us’ pages take me nowhere
    - Some 404 and 403 errors. (You need to fix them real fast)
    - And then, when I wasn’t reaching anywhere, I didn’t feel like browsing further. (Sorry for adding to your bounce rate)

There may be some errors with your website. Try better keywords using keyword research.

Following are the main steps to avoid bounce rate from your website
    • Improve Load Times
    • Don't Interrupt the User's Experience
    • Consider Points of Entry
    • Study Your Keywords
    • Take People Where They Want to Go

The developer who built your site might have worked exclusively in Firefox and failed to check its performance in Internet Explorer, Safari, and Google Chrome. Unfortunately, parts of your site that load fine in one type of browser struggle in others, says Whitmore. Your analytics tool can break down bounce by browser type to see if this is the culprit.

Your website is ranking well in Google search engines..Great...But i found that the Section "Training", "Services", "Contact us" pages are under construction which is important pages in your website and i think user come on that pages, if they did not found anything..they move from there...

Make sure you are targeting the right keywords. If you are getting a high bounce rate from a keyword perhaps people searching for that are not looking for you, consider trying to target something else.

I think you should finish the site so that users that are browsing your site can read or get what they want. Yes the site is showing in search results (congrats on that) but when they click some of the inner pages to look for more info, all they will got is a coming soon page.=)

    Good luck buddy!
