    Dp is known to be scammer's paradise but scammin also depends on one's foolishness also.

    Do some research,
    Take time to check his/her Itrader, past posts.
    Check older feedbacks, if possible contact members he/she dealt with.

    Try to find out as much information about the website as possible.

    You can also do a Google search on the program name + "scam" or the program name + "review" to see if there are any complaints.
