    Yahoo Answer is a good community site users can discuss their problem and one can give helpful answe.
    You can suggest your site in relevant question. suppose you have a question related entertainment and you are giving answer and link of software sites that would not be relevant answer and yahoo can ban your account.
    Read the guidelines of yahoo answer community.
