This is true, but it's not necessarily a bad thing. With services like Google+, Facebook, & Twitter, it's always up to the user to determine what is quality and what is spammy. In a lot of cases automation will be good. For example, auto-posting new post notifications for a blog to the same blog's Google+ page, which is then syndicated to everyone who is following that page. For readers of that channel the automation is helpful rather than spammy. Or another example is using a singular RSS feed to post your links and comments to your blog, twitter, facebook, google+ page, tumblr, all at once. Automated RSS posting will help bloggers run a efficient distribution service.
