How to autopost short URLS with bitly?

I have been trying to auto share my post from my blog and use my own short URL set up on Bitly and is not working.
I have set up my Bitly account on Twitterfeed and Dlvr.it and is not sharing the shorten url from bitly.
    Any clue?

In addition to SNAP, which is great (mentioned above), you could use wp-autosharepost, Jetpack Publicize, or feed it through Buffer with a custom Bitly via RSS.

You could also use buffer (which uses your bit.ly account) or ifttt. I found those to be more reliable.

In general I do find that it is worth adding those 30 seconds to hand deliver the postings to buffer by hand and adjust for the different networks, way better results especially when you are referencing other sites.
