How to automatically reload a page in a popup. I pay $$$

I need help with this. I have seen this done on a site but I cant work out how (cant remember that sites name either now )

Basically when you go to http://media79.net/m/LinkChecker/

Click on "Add this script to your Website" it opens in a new window

And this is what I want (but cant seem to do it )

When you go to, for e.g. www.saurav.co.uk, it should automatically load a new page in that window which is already open (the window which opened when you clicked "Add this script to your Website")

I am willing to pay $5 to someone if they can make this work for me.
