How to automatically put RSS as blog post in my wordpress blog ?

Ok I know there are couple of plugins but after using search I realized that many of them are not working or not what I want.

I want my blog to automatically gets updated daily with RSS from other sites as posts. Any help will be highly appreciated.A complete step by step guide will be awesome

It wasn't meant to be a spam blog but I was looking to get automate updation with relevant RSS feed which I feels is not a bad idea considering I already have lot's of content on my blog but now I am not able to get time to update it. Nevermind, I got it.

 

There are indeed good uses for it but then you'd normally add a feed to the blog in a column or towards the bottom, not regurgitating a feed as actual blog posts passing them off as your own.
