How to automate this process....

I need to find a database so it could automate the process of this website:

    www.assetauctionservice.com

I need something to automate the site. I'm thinking about a form
that an administrator can fill out....put all the info about the house
they can upload a picture, and a description.

Then everything they entered in that form will go into an automatically
made page, with all the info entered automatically and the picture too.
Also, that same picture will have to be shown on the homepage...
but if the homepage picture isn't possible, I can do that manually.

Is there a database like that? Is it easy to make? How much would it
cost if one of you could build one?

    Dude, chill.

Have you used Joomla before? There is a standard way to install Jooma modules and components, and they have very active help forums. You need to install Joomla as yoru CMS first, and then install teh component you want to use.

You to understand XHTML/CSS design and server programming in PHP/MySQL or Ruby on Rails.
You may want to start at "rubyonrails.org" or "php.net".
You'll hardly find a package that does what you want out of the box.
