Maybe you can use mail2blog feature. It uses feed from other blog..But I'm not sure, is this autopost will get banned from google (blogger) or not...
If you are talking about auto blogs, I would suggest you to use WP-Robot. Blogger wont allow you to make autoblogs directly, you will need a tool for that. I have coded one, PM me if you need one.
i myself dont believe in autoblogging but heard about a tool called PowerBlogger that does auto posting on blogger blogs. i'm not endorsing the tool as i dont even know how that works or whether it works at all or not and i dont recommend use of such tool, but there are tools like that out there. also do a google search on "blogger autoblogging" and you should come up with some resources
