I am about to create my site and on my home page I will be linking to my cafeepress.com shop. But I need to know how to automatically serve all the coupon codes and emails I get daily into my email to say a header or news banner. Is it possible?

Pretty much how do I auto serve emails to a specific website or page?
I have been wondering how to do this for the longest especially on a few other projects I had in mind like with using google voice and it's text and voice mail features.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you set things up right you can write a script to clear a pop3 account, read the emails and when it finds one that matches your criteria it can "read" through it to find the codes and save them into the database. Then when someone comes to the site the banner displays the latest info from the database.

Yea but how? I have a lot of tools in my tool box as I ordered a bunch of website tools among other things. But do you know what would be a good script to use? Or how much would you charge me for something like that? Writing the script? But I would need it to be used for another type of project as well.

It depends on your base scripts. I wouldn't be available to do it but if you look at WordPress there is probably already a plugin to read emails and look for a particular string and then save it.

I am really trying to stay away from Word Press because there is just to must of a pause in resolving the website. I really dont like how long it takes to display the website compared to just a html site with a few pages. I understand its probably the php and the data base that actually is causing the delay.
But it looks like I will be tying in word press on a back end with iframes in my actual website page for people to be able to update their content on there website easy after I am finish designing it. Since thats the best solution for a noob like me! Thanks a lot! Now I have to go find that plugin! Even though they do have the option built in the word press discussion setting I think it is if I am not mistaken. I could never get it to work at all! lol
