I do using twitrobot, it's looks good. The way I do are:
1. Make a lot of twitter account.
2. Increase follower using fastfollowers.com, flashtweet.com, twitterholic.com, wefollow.com. Search twitter user with ranking and most widely follower, for the first time it's OK to follow another twitter.
3. Login to twitrobot.com using twitter account.
4. Setting RSS feed with your RSS web/blog which you used for posting/review your product to sell.
5. Setting minimum time, (for free user minimum set is every 3 hour).
6. You can sets "Your Own Campaign" with your affiliate URL (make it short/cloacked).

ow.. almost forgot..
