    I took a fast look at it and what I can tell you your not keeping up on one subject there was 2 post one on seo and one on dentistry. Why not change the subject like once a month or just keep it on one subject.

    It always a long process of adding content, research of keywords and doing link building. It can never be rushed. Let the traffic increase naturally as the blog progress.

    material and updating frequently will get you started. To drive lots of traffic social marketing seems to be the hottest way to do it.

    Generating one way back links from high relevant sites also helps.

    Write some article (originals) and submit to ezine and other directories.

    Buying back links wont help. Google will pick them up and disallow them
