How to attach a domain with wordpress or blogger???

    I have a domain registered with godaddy. i want to attach with a blog made in wordpress or blogger. can someone explain how to do it in details??
    i am new in this field please write in detail.

    I dunno how to do that exactly, as i never tried.
    But i think setting up a 301 redirection can solve the problem.
