Is it a wordpress.com blog? https://wordpress.com/support/domains/ You should be able to do this yourself. What step are you stuck on? Can you share a screenshot?
Maybe this ?: Next, click the Configure Your Domain Settings button. Log into your account at your domain registrar (or DNS provider) when you see the prompt. Confirm that you want to set your domain to point to WordPress.com.
I'd include a screenshot, but my files are too large, and I know not how to shrink them. How to do that? In any case, I keep trying to connect my domain by updating the name servers, but to little success.
