    Selling a how-to article blog site I started just under a year ago but then had to move on to something else. It contains 12 unique how-to articles about various topics.

    As the design of the website is not unique, this sale price is intended to cover the cost of writing the existing articles as well as the domain name.

    Why are you selling this site?
    Had big plans for it but decided to focus my effort elsewhere.

    It is not monetized. (no ads)
