    Hi All,

I am approached by a private advertiser for my blogs/forum. Till now I was only relying on adsense to generate revenue. Can someone give me pointers to how should I start private advertising?

    1. Should I charge CPM (Cost per thousand) or per month? Which is the better way?
    2. Are any TOS required? I want to include rel=nofollow etc
    3. Can there be any legal repercussions (being new, I might not be aware of) in future? If yes, what can I include in my TOS?

    Any other suggestions most welcome

ya that's true from the advertiser point of view but for search engines and long term...I think not including nofollow might harm my rankings...
