How to appraise an established site?

    I have a site that is 6 years old. I get close to 3 million page views/month. I run some advertising on the site and make some pocket change.

    I have had 5 offers for the site in the past 6 months, but they all seem rather low. Is there an accepted method for valuing an established site with a solid revenue history?

    Usually 12 months revenue, might get a bit more if you are lucky... for a site 6 years old I guess you could be getting 15-18 months revenue, but there are also loads of other things that can modify this. The only way you will get a better answer is posting your url

    Yeah, for a 6 year old site I would expect atleast 18x monthly revenue. What's your url?
