How to appraise a site?

    I have a few sites.. for example a Furniture ecommerce site, which makes (actually more in adsense than in sales.. )
    It is a pr3/4 with 7000 uniques a month. It is on the top of search engines for words like 'contemporary furniture' and it makes:

    $10 a day from Adsense = About $250 - $400 a month

    It makes $500 profit a month from sales, drop shipped.

    How much can I ask for the entire site if I want to sell it?

    Typically sites go for about 10-12 months of revenue.

    Sorry to be redundant... I know what revenue is but I've seen crazy things..

    When you say Revenue.. you mean Total Sales ? or Total Sales - Costs = profit ?
