How to appraisals a domain?

    What is the best tools to use? Think Estibot is a joke and not fair at all. But I have tried http://www.urlappraisal.net/ can I trust it? Are there some better service for appraisals? Have tried also manual appraisals but they are also a joke. Have some good domain names that I need to sell but want a fair deal.
