How To Apply For Google Adsense?

I've started a new site and my site is almost ready for use.So,if someone know about it,please give the feedback.

 

you site should be ALL ready, then you just signup: https://www.google.com/adsense/
When reach $10, they will send a PIN code to your P.O.BOX so make sure you enter true details.
