how to appear in google like the image in side

I was wondering how can i make my site appear like some professional sites like yahoo . Like a sub links below the mail link

I am not sure. I guess once Google thinks that your website is important, then it shows some sub-links.
Only Google knows.

I have no idea why Project4Hire shows these sub-links:

 

I have already submited
ANd my site appears too ... but only a single link

 

This might require Good traffic / Certified domain etc etc

And then it will appear automatically in the search engine and your webmaster tools .
