    Guys,

Came across a web resource where you can analyze your headlines..free.

It helps you to determine Emotional Marketing Value (EMV) of your headline.

This is a crock of crap. It analyzes based off of what system? Anything concocted up by a cheap user-generated script can't have much power behind it, let alone determine the emotional value of words.

Cookie Monster's New Wife - 50%? I mean... come on... really!? (That headline is used in relation to Kathreya from Big Bro UK)

Because machines can definitely feel the impact of headlines.

    hahahaahah

It says that most "gifted" copywriters will score 50-75%.

I just put in "Free Secret Money Quick Easy Now" and got a 66.6% score. ;)

    Sad. Really sad.

For the most part, you cannot replicate the human mind in regards to what trigger words in a headline will attract attention. I know some of my friends swear by Glyphius, but you never know until you test your headline on real-live prospects.

a machine to test an emotion is really like loving a blow-up doll

you just need to write a lot, try alot and let it get read by people that understand what you're trying to do, but maybe more important, let it get read by a few that dont have any clue and ask what they feel/think/read

Ditto on that one. You can automate a lot of things, but you can't put a writer's brain in a script.
