How to analyse solo email campaign?

    I have a solo email campaign once a week and want to know how many sales I make from the campaign. You got a tip to share? How can I mesure this?

    Is the only way to mesure this to use promotional codes?

    Track link you use in mail by some keyword. It is very easy in PHP or use some third party tracking software.
