How to analyse my Adsense account

Discussion in 'AdSense' started by wickedpork, Jun 27, 2013.

I just want to find out - how do I actually analyse my Adsense account properly?

Is there somewhere where I can tell which ad unit is actually giving me my 'Earnings so far'? I tried browsing everywhere but can't seem to get the info..I have grouped my ads from different sites under 'Custom Channels'.

    thanks in advance!

With in the Adsense account there are some options to manage posting ads and there you can get details about your ads.

From the menu bar at top choose "Performance Reports".

In that page you can see reports based on custom channels, URL channels, ad units, ad types etc.

thks, guys.. i found those under performance reports.. really useful thanks! ..one more question: is there a way i can delete my ad units under 'My Ads'? I'm thinking of totally deleting all existing ones and creating new ones so that I can track it properly.. is this a good idea?

There is simple way of doing that. Name each of your adsense unit and then put them in your site. Later from Adsense reports, you can see based on ad name, what is the performance.
