    Webmaster forums would be a good choice. Then article marketing, social networking submission etc would be good choice as well.

    I would agree that you target social networking sites. Try to have the embed code provided to the users as this will give a link to your site if they embed the images on their profiles or sites. :)

    go to celebrity picture forums, make threads with pictures uploaded to ur site. people will recognize it and then use it.
