I have a website where people subscribe to get access to certain features on my website available to paid members only. How can I advertise my site on kijiji or craigslist? Under what section can I post my subscription service because when I posted ads before in my niche section, they deleted them? Can you give me tips on how to format my ad and where to post it so that it does not get reported and deleted?

Each free classifieds site has its own terms and rules of advertizing. There is no universal advice. Be attentive when using ree classifieds sites for advertizing and get acquainted with their rules.
One way of doing it is to create a page on your site that is selling a product that is very related to what your website is talking about. Put in a bunch of sales copy, and then include a 'buy it now' button that sends the visitor to an affiliate website. Make sure to have your website template applied to this sales page. Post the page with some sales text in the 'for sale' areas on the classified sites. Most people that come will just follow to the merchant site, but you'll get a few that explore the rest of your website. Better still - add an email signup box on the sales page so you can try to get them to come back to your website. Aside from that, it sounds like you might be able to post it as a service on some classifieds (i.e. Craiglist has a Services section you can post stuff like that).
