How to advertise on Myspace ads?

    How to advertise on Myspace ads?

    www.advertise.myspace.com

    I created my ad, and at the last page when you add your credit card and enter information, i cant select my country ?!

    Is this only for USA?

    I am from Canada and there is no option to select that.

    Help please.
