i just need tag dispaly in footer, anyone here can help ?

I think just drug Icon "footer" add to column right side on ur WP.

Oh now you remind me on that =) I am not really new, but i never thought about this star thing.

I guess it is because you are new, and you are not yet allowed to put anything. Be patient, and wait until you are allowed then, you can do it.
