How to add videos to wordpress blog.

Hello every body,i am running a blog,and i have got many videos which i want to play on wordpress blog,how can i add these video,i hope people who visit my site can play the video on my site.Can everybody give me some suggestions.Thanks in advance.

 

First upload your video to Youtube, Metacafe. Google video or Myspace.

Then install this great worpress plugin "my video" http://www.ozblog.com.au/?p=40
